An Urban Legend Surrounding an Invalid Number
New Main Story: 'Meet Me in the Data Stream'

The new main story 'Meet Me in the Data Stream' begins with an urban legend spreading through Hethereau titled 'Invalid Number.' People meet an old friend in their dreams, but upon waking, only a single phone number remains in their memory. Calling that number yields only an automated notice that the number does not exist. Despite being unable to reach anyone, the number lingers in their minds, leading to a wave of reports from others experiencing the same thing.
Exe, the Captain of ETD Team 6 specializing in information technology, and Lieutenant Elyms become involved in the incident. Suspicious aspects of the Bureau's response emerge as the two personally leave warning comments on related posts. The relationship between the two and the mysteries surrounding Elyms will also be explored in this story.
The stage for adventure expands into a vast network space connected to the 'Invalid Number.' Environments range from a submerged city with block-shaped buildings lining above and below the digital sea to spaces reminiscent of vintage computers and operating system windows. Battles against boss-level Anomalies have also been teased in this location where even every pebble is composed of data.
ETD Team 6 Leaders Elyms and Exe Join the Roster
Light-Attribute Rapid-Cycle Elyms and Dark-Attribute Ranged DPS Exe

Phase 1's new S-Rank character Elyms is the Lieutenant of ETD Team 6. Bubbly and playful by nature, she is skilled at mediating conflicts and soothing others. The smartphone she never lets go of turns into a secret weapon when stepping into combat.
As a Light-attribute unit, Elyms possesses the 'Rapid Cycle' trait, which immediately maxes out her cycle meter upon using her Birail Skill. She supports the party with passives that empower Charge and Remora, while managing 'Signal Strength' in battle. Completing her basic attack chain at Weak Signal prepares her enhanced skill, and using Support Skills and enhanced skills elevates the signal tier to Moderate Signal and Strong Signal.
Her Ultimate switches between single-target and AoE modes based on the number of enemies previously identified. Higher Signal Strength upon activation increases damage for her Ultimate and subsequent joint attacks, while granting an ATK buff to party members other than herself. After casting her Ultimate, she can continue executing off-field joint attacks for a set duration.

Phase 2 sees the arrival of Exe, Captain of ETD Team 6 and a hidden hacker. Typically expressionless and prioritizing efficiency, he quietly handles tasks others shy away from. In the open world, he can utilize his Esper ability to move between billboards.
Exe's combat revolves around 'Frames' and 'Ranks.' He accumulates Frames through attacks and outputs Digital Spectrums to deal extra damage. Successfully landing combos, using skills, executing Perfect Evasions, and launching counterattacks elevates his rank from B to A, S, SS, and SSS; higher ranks allow him to accumulate Frames more efficiently.
His Birail Skill attacks enemies while accumulating Frames, unleashed as a focused strike via multiple Digital Spectrums when resources are sufficient. His Ultimate gains a massive amount of Frames and raises his rank while activating an enhanced state. During this state, every attack outputs Digital Spectrums for continuous damage, and holding the basic attack button instantly executes non-boss enemies within range while extending the duration of the enhanced state.
For both characters, social interaction features such as riding vehicles together, dueling, and moving into homes will unlock sequentially based on Affinity Level. Content featuring Elyms' city walk story and Exe's everyday life will also be added.
Elyms and Shinku in Phase 1, Exe and Chaos in Phase 2
Limited Boards, New Arcs, and Character Outfits Revealed

Phase 1 will host Elyms' Limited Board 'Digital Dreams' alongside Shinku's rerun board 'Before the Dawn' from the Version update on November 11 until December 2 at 06:59 (KST). Phase 2 will feature Exe's 'Offline Algorithm' and Chaos' rerun board 'Forsaken Path' from after maintenance on December 2 until December 23 at 06:59 (KST).
For Arc Research Recruitment Plans, Phase 1 features Elyms' 'Echo Special' and Shinku's 'Resolve Special,' while Phase 2 offers Exe's 'Encryption Special' and Chaos' 'Pursuit Special.' The new Arcs are Elyms' 'Echoes on Hold' and Exe's 'Beyond the Dotted Line.' The rerun Arcs are 'Mirage of Crimson Flames' and 'Universal Desire,' respectively.
Pity counts are shared between Limited Boards, but accumulated rolls for Skin Perk events are tracked separately per board. Skin Perks for rerun characters also return. Each special feature in Arc Research Recruitment Plans shares pull counts and pity guarantees.
As for new outfits, Elyms' 'Y2K Mystery' and Exe's 'Eternity in the Rain' will be added to the Shop. Elyms' 'Memories in the Flower Field' and Exe's 'Blue Eyes' will be featured as cumulative roll rewards for Skin Perks.
From Animal Rides to Tanks: Hethereau's New Vehicles
Ruler of the Land 001 Prototype and Iron Tiger | Blind Box Releases

Two vehicles with distinct personalities will be added to the Blind Box event draw. 'Ruler of the Land 001 Prototype' is a lion-shaped ride reminiscent of a children's rocking car. It notably consumes Ponds when using the acceleration feature.
'Iron Tiger' is a compact tank equipped with a turret and treads. The broadcast showed footage of it driving along roads as well as firing actual shells. The new competitive battle mode 'Tank Mayhem,' where players directly pilot tanks to compete, was also introduced.
For accessories, 'Little Friend' and 'Marksman's Eye' have been added. 'Little Friend' can be obtained as a cumulative progress reward from 'Fortune Market.' The equipping range of existing accessories has also expanded, allowing 'First Prize' to be worn with select outfits for Nanari and all outfits for Rinko.
From Logistics Company Management to Tank Warfare
City Express, Tank Mayhem, and City Owner

In 'City Express,' players can open a logistics franchise and operate their own logistics center after completing three delivery orders. Everything from hiring drivers and selecting orders to upgrading the center is directly managed. Players recruit talent by reviewing applicants' stats, traits, and specialties, with uniquely gifted candidates hidden throughout the city.
As the center's level increases, commissions from more diverse factions unlock. Depending on the client—such as hospitals, police stations, or banks—the required vehicles vary, including ambulances, rescue vehicles, escort vehicles, and armored cash trucks. Task rewards are used to enhance management, dispatching, and business capabilities, or to exchange for items in the dedicated shop, shortening delivery times and reducing cargo loss.

'Tank Mayhem' is a competitive mode where four players pilot tanks in a free-for-all match. Players score points by firing shells at opponents and must use mobility to dodge counterattacks. Once time runs out, rewards are distributed based on final scores.
In addition to basic shells, players can utilize powerful ordnance obtained from air-dropped supplies. A contested zone activates in the center of the battlefield, where supplies grant the effect of revealing other tanks' positions. Destroying enemy tanks within the contested zone yields higher scores, making the struggle for central control critical.

Featured at the DSD Art Toy Store, 'City Owner' is a single-player mode where players manage a city through combinations of buildings and cards. Players place building cards on a 3×3 tile grid to convert foot traffic into score points. Reaching the stage score goal—calculated by multiplying points by a management multiplier—clears the level.
Each building has different conditions for boosting foot traffic, requiring careful placement and card synergy. Some buildings gain bonuses when adjacent to other eateries, while certain facilities boost visitor counts for surrounding structures. Buff cards can alter placed buildings or increase foot traffic, while strategy cards apply global rules across the entire city without taking up grid tiles. Finding combinations that simultaneously fulfill multiple card requirements to maximize score and multipliers is key.
Set Up Fortune Stalls in the Streets and Prepare Character Upgrades at a Glance
World Interactions, QoL Features, and Graphic Rendering Improvements

Interactive objects that can be directly deployed and retrieved in the world will be added. Deploying a 'Mobile Fortune Stall' in a desired location activates Fortune Mode, attracting passing citizens who stop by to get their fortunes read. The stall can be earned as a cumulative progress reward in the new 'Fortune Market' event.
Furniture needed for interior blueprints can now be purchased directly from the menu. A development target feature will be added to the character screen, allowing players to prepare materials in advance for upcoming featured characters. An integrated resource tracker will let players check their current progress for Annuliths, Solid Dice, Deceptive Dice, and Triple Keys at a glance while navigating straight to the corresponding content.
City activities are also receiving updates. A PvP tier system will be added to 'Volleyball Star,' and 'Thrill Hide-and-Seek' will match players with AI if an opponent is not found within a certain timeframe. Certain environmental props in hide-and-seek will now spawn in randomized locations each match.
For 'Bang Bang Bang,' auction assistant Elyms, a collectible display cabinet, and a feature to exchange collectibles for furniture will be introduced. Auction history checks and reporting functions will also be implemented. Autonomous driving receives a 'Cruising Drive' mode to roam the city without a set destination, alongside overflow storage support for City Energy Drinks and Nature Pixels.
Graphic rendering enhancements were also announced. The mobile version will adopt Snapdragon's ANF technology, alongside the announcement of inaugural support for NVIDIA RTX Spark. The livestream demonstrated the visual differences before and after applying ANF.

New Anomaly Pilgrimage and Version 1.5 Key Event Schedule

Following the version update, the login event 'Seasonal Gift' will begin. Logging in for 7 days grants a total of 10 Solid Dice. The new event 'Fortune Market' accumulates progress by completing missions or making pulls on featured Limited Boards and Arc Research Recruitment Plans. Depending on progress, players can obtain Dice, development materials, the new 'Little Friend' accessory, and the Mobile Fortune Stall.
A new Anomaly Pilgrimage, 'Graceful Corruptor, Nest Mother,' will also open. Players can obtain the new development material 'Hollowed Seed' here. In addition, various events such as Feast of Trials and Whimsical Card Flip will unlock sequentially across the version window.
