Com2uS's upcoming title 'GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT' will be released in 2027. A gameplay video was also revealed alongside the announcement.
During the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026 showcase, Com2uS revealed a gameplay video for its Gachiakuta game alongside its new official title, 'GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT'. The unveiled video heavily features a battle between Jabber Wonger and Zanka Nijiku, while also showing key characters including protagonist Rudo Surebrec, Enjin, and Riyo Reaper.
GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT is a survival action RPG in development based on 'GACHIAKUTA'. It brings the original work's distinct world to life through cartoon-style rendering and unique visuals, featuring fast-paced combat centered on melee encounters.
Players will face various enemies, including Trash Beasts and outlaws, across the contaminated and forbidden zones of the Pit. Experience gained and items collected from combat are used for character growth and expanding combat styles. The game also supports features such as decorating and expanding the Cleaners' headquarters using items acquired from missions, real-time co-op play, and graffiti collection.
The game was previously revealed under the title 'GACHIAKUTA: The Game'. GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT will release in 2027 for PC, XSX|S, and PS5, and will support Xbox Play Anywhere.
