SEGA Publishing Korea has announced that pre-orders for the PlayStation 5 physical package of the action RPG 'Stupid Never Dies,' launching on October 22, will begin on the 6th, alongside the reveal of limited-edition bonuses.

SEGA Publishing Korea (CEO Ko Saito) announced that pre-orders for the physical package of the PlayStation 5 action RPG 'Stupid Never Dies,' developed by GPTRACK50 Inc., will open on August 6. Customers who pre-order the package will receive a 3cm x 3cm metal badge as a bonus. This item is available in limited quantities and may sell out early.

'Stupid Never Dies' is the latest title from GPTRACK50 Inc., a studio founded by developers who worked on the Devil May Cry and Dragon's Dogma series. The game features a fast-paced growth system centered on an underdog narrative where the weakest zombie grows at an overwhelming speed.

The protagonist, a zombie named 'Davey,' ventures into dangerous otherworldly dungeons to revive his deceased heroine, 'Julia.' Along the way, he utilizes 'Body Hacking' to graft equipment onto his body and 'Style Eat' to consume enemies and steal their abilities.

The newly released launch date trailer features 'Phoenix Zaza Hotfeather,' a mysterious character who holds the key to the story, announcing the release date with a dance.

A digital deluxe version, 'Stupid Never Dies: Glorious Idiot Edition,' has also been confirmed for those looking to dive deeper into the game's funky, pop-style world. This edition includes the base game and the 'TikTok Teddy's Nonsense Overload Pack' DLC. This DLC features five 'TikTok Teddy' bears that attach to the protagonist's waist, changing not only his appearance but also in-game animations and background music. The included bears are 'Big Head,' 'Peep-Peep,' 'Festival,' 'Romantic,' and 'Splash.'

Stupid Never Dies' will be released on October 22, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. The suggested retail price is ₩54800 for the Standard Edition, ₩69800 for the Glorious Idiot Edition, and ₩17300 for the DLC sold separately. The physical package is available exclusively for the PlayStation 5 version. The game is for single-player only and is rated Mature (18+).
