Cookie Run: Kingdom, a mobile RPG developed by Studio Kingdom under Devsisters (CEO Cho Gil-hyun), has released its 'Song of the Dragon' update, introducing a new episode, a Dragon-grade Cookie, and a variety of other content.

This update unveils 'Song of the Dragon,' the third theme of the World Exploration episode 'Timeline of Destiny.' 'Song of the Dragon' consists of two episodes, with EP5, 'Guide of the Black Wings,' opening first.

As the gates of the Ultimate Oven swing open, the Beast-Yeast continent becomes a battlefield once again, and Guides of Nature from other timelines cross over into the Cookie world. With these corrupted, wayward Guides of Nature threatening the world, Hollyberry Cookie decides to borrow the power of other dragons to restore the Dragon-kind.

Some stages in the new episode feature a 'Land Rule' where the 'Primordial Crow,' born from death, blankets the battlefield in ominous fog. Enemies defeated within the fog are resurrected by the Primordial Crow, increasing the combat threat, while the tactical skill 'Song of Life' suppresses this resurrection. If Pine Dragon Cookie is on the team, the power of the Dragon's song is added, providing support effects to allies.

The new Dragon-grade 'Pine Dragon Cookie' has joined the roster. Pine Dragon Cookie is a member of the Dragon-kind with golden scales as noble as the sun. Once a regal figure revered by all life on an island filled with vibrant flowers and clear waterfalls, the Cookie has lived in seclusion since losing its former glory in a massive earthquake, waiting for the moment to spread its wings once again.

A Magic-type Cookie, Pine Dragon Cookie utilizes the 'Golden Awakening' skill. Upon activation, the Cookie regains its ancient power, transforms into a massive dragon, and grants HP shields and Golden Dragon's Song to all allies. It then deals damage to enemies with a powerful roar and meteors. Immune to all effects and damage caused by the Primordial Crow, Pine Dragon Cookie is expected to play a pivotal role in the new episode's battles.

Meanwhile, 'Golden Harvest,' a new roguelike deck-building mode to help rebuild the kingdom, has been added. Players harvest produce from farms and trigger synergies between items to collect Golden Cheese Balls, earning greater rewards by managing their produce lists and selecting Cookie buffs.

Additionally, a new minigame, 'Duel with the Suspicious Ghost Captain,' has been added to the kingdom trade content 'Glory Voyage.' When players encounter the 'Ghost Ship' during their voyage, they can participate in a minigame where they choose a cup to find hidden rewards. Other additions include the new trade ship skin 'Gogo Durian' and Mozzarella Cookie's Magic Candy, 'Squishy Cheese Ball.'

The Legendary skin 'Crow of Endless Void' for Wind Archer Cookie has also been added, and the strategic combat mode 'Duel of Destiny 2' returns, focusing on the clash between Dragon Cookies and corrupted Legendary Cookies.
