Pearl Abyss released a 'Dev Update' on its official website on the 2nd, detailing major upcoming changes for 'Crimson Desert.'

The updates are scheduled to roll out sequentially from June to September. The company outlined its development roadmap, focusing on adding new content, expanding existing features, and enhancing the overall gameplay experience.

The update promises significant changes to the 'Re-blockade' mechanic for node liberation. Improvements will ensure a more natural flow before and after the blockade, and new defensive measures will be added to help players protect certain nodes from invasion. Rewards will also be enhanced to increase the sense of achievement during the node liberation process.

A 'cross-save' feature will be introduced, allowing players to transition between PC and console. By linking their accounts, users can share save files across platforms and continue their adventures in Crimson Desert seamlessly.

The story's narrative cohesion will be improved to make Kliff's journey more immersive. By reinforcing the flow and logic of key scenes, players will be able to enjoy a more natural and profound storytelling experience.

In addition, the game will expand its depth and content variety through various updates, including ▲new combat content, ▲improved gameplay experiences for Demian and Ungka, and ▲quality-of-life improvements for life-skill content.
