Netmarble announced on the 27th that it has released an update for the MMORPG 'RF Online Next,' featuring the new 'Demolition' class.

The new 'Demolition' biosuit is a ranged damage-dealer armed with heavy weaponry. It specializes in physical attacks for mid-to-long-range combat and features a skill that grants area-of-effect damage to basic attacks for a set duration.

Additionally, Chapter 11.5 of the story has been added. Serving as a bridge between Chapters 11 and 12, Chapter 11.5 introduces new main, national, and sub-quests that allow players to experience the prelude to events unfolding in 'Lavaron,' the primary setting of Chapter 12.

A 'Challenge Mode' has been added to the party dungeon content, 'Battlefield of Memories.' Challenge Mode is accessible from level 84 and operates on a two-week seasonal basis. At the end of each season, players who achieve the top rankings in the world are awarded a limited-time title.

Other upcoming additions include the third zone of the Albern Crater and the world boss 'Blita Gleba.' To celebrate the update, Netmarble is hosting several events, including a '14-Day Demolition Update Attendance Event,' a 'Material Conversion Coin Exchange Event,' and a 'Sortie! Relic Summon Event.'

'RF Online Next' is a new MMORPG based on the 'RF Online' IP, which was originally released in 2004. Following its official launch on March 20, 2025, the game reached number one in sales on both major domestic app markets within six days.
