Hanwha Life Esports demonstrated the strength of the LCK's first seed by defeating TSW 3-0 in the 2026 League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) bracket stage, held at the Daejeon Convention Center's Exhibition Hall 2 on the 3rd.

In the post-match interview, mid laner 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo shared his thoughts: "This was my first match at MSI, and I'm happy we won. I felt some pressure playing in a large arena after such a long time, but with so many fans cheering us on, I was able to enjoy the game and have fun."

When asked about the team's overall performance, which stood out for its early-game pressure, and how they prepared for MSI, he said, "Since we were facing international teams, I focused on watching and analyzing their games." Regarding the choice of Dr. Mundo, he noted, "It wasn't a pick we had prepared extensively, but 'Zeus' is so skilled that he was able to adapt and use the champion quickly after just a little practice in solo queue."

Asked about his mindset for his first MSI, he replied, "Even though it's my first time here, my goal is to win. I'll work hard with my teammates and push for the championship." When asked about the upcoming match against the winner of G2 vs. TES, he concluded the interview by saying, "Both teams are very good, so it should be an exciting match. I'll go back and analyze them well."
