SEGA Publishing Korea announced on the 8th that 'Crazy Taxi World Tour,' an all-new entry in the globally popular driving action game series, will be released in 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PC Steam, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.

A new trailer and official website have also been released, offering a glimpse into the game's world and upcoming story.

The game features evolved, exhilarating gameplay that allows players to race freely through cities with dynamic driving and car stunts. The story follows the protagonist, Axel, as he travels across the globe, and for the first time in the series, an online multiplayer mode will be included.

Crazy Taxi is a flagship driving action game from SEGA that first launched as an arcade title in 1999. It gained worldwide popularity with numerous sequels released for home consoles, including the Dreamcast.

The game tasks players with racing through cities to deliver passengers to their destinations, distinguished by dynamic driving and thrilling car stunts that set it apart from traditional racing games. The experience is further heightened by an immersive punk rock soundtrack.
