On the 15th, Nexon updated its subculture game 'Blue Archive' with Main Story Part 2 'Ex. Lore Pursuit Chapter 2' and added two new characters.
In this story, the students of "FOX Squad" take on a mission from the General Student Council President to investigate a missing persons case at "Port Kanesaki" and uncover the truth behind the urban legend "Oil Drum Crab." Players can explore Port Kanesaki, presented in a field event format, collecting hidden clues and making various story choices.
The Oil Drum Crab featured in the main story will be added as a new boss in "Total Assault" on the 22nd. It possesses two defense types, Light Armor and Special Armor, and utilizes EX skills such as "Counter Claw," which unleashes damage stored during its defensive stance, and "Main Cannon Fire," which fires a massive cannon. Total Assault will run from the 22nd to the 28th, granting completion rewards like "Total Assault Coins" and "Advanced Total Assault Coins" based on the difficulty level.
The mini story "Weeds Don't Bloom Alone" and Gehenna Academy students "Mutsuki (Dress)" and "Haruka (Dress)" have also been added. Mutsuki (Dress) is a Mystic-type dealer with an EX skill that deals damage to a single enemy. Haruka (Dress) is an Explosive-type dealer whose EX skill partially ignores enemy defense to inflict damage.
Nexon is also holding the "Official SCHALE Appointment! Welcome, Sensei!" event for new players. Completing daily "Work Adaptation" missions yields rewards such as "Archive Recruitment Tickets," "T7 Equipment Blueprint Choice Boxes," and "Superior Activity Reports," with 50 Archive Recruitment Tickets awarded as the final reward.
