SEGA Publishing Korea announced that the physical Nintendo Switch title 'Taxi Chaos 2', developed by Focuspoint Studios and published by Rainy Frog, will be released on November 26. Pre-orders for the physical edition began on the 14th.
'Taxi Chaos 2' is an action driving game set in 'San Valeda,' a futuristic city where AI-controlled taxis have gone rogue. Players must break through traffic jams and interference from aggressive TaxiBots to deliver passengers to their destinations within the time limit. By utilizing rooftop jumps and the city's multi-layered structure, players can choose safe routes or risky shortcuts, unlocking vehicles, abilities, and upgrades with the rewards and scores they earn.
In Story Mode, legendary taxi driver 'Vinny', developer 'Cleo', and human-support AI 'J.E.A.N.' team up to take back the city from 'H.A.N.K.', a rogue AI taxi system. Players can uncover new story content by progressing through chapters and upgrading the tech lab.
Arcade Mode challenges players to achieve high scores by clearing consecutive stages within a time limit. After completing each level, players can select and upgrade new abilities. Scores earned in Arcade Mode can be registered on the online leaderboards to compete with players worldwide.
