Neople announced on September 11 that it has been selected as one of '2026 Korea's Top Job Creation Companies' organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
'Korea's Top Job Creation Companies' is a certification system that selects companies leading the way in creating jobs and improving employment environments. Neople was recognized for achievements such as creating local jobs, supporting employee relocation, promoting work-life balance, and expanding youth employment.
Neople supports the stable settlement of top talent in Jeju, where its headquarters is located. The company operates housing and airfare support systems for employees relocating from other regions and supports internal club activities. In August, it also conducted an intensive recruitment drive for its Jeju headquarters.
To improve the working environment, Neople introduced a flexible working hours system and a self-approval leave system that does not require approval from superiors. It has also established family-friendly welfare systems, such as operating in-house daycare centers in Jeju and Seoul. The company continues to recruit talent to strengthen its game development competitiveness. As of 2025, the total number of employees increased by 7% year-over-year, with young adults accounting for 81% of new hires.
