MADNGINE announced on the 11th that it was selected as a '2026 Top Jobs Company in Korea' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, securing the certification for two consecutive years. MADNGINE Co-CEO Son Myeon-seok also received a Presidential Commendation at the '2026 Government Award for Contributions to Job Creation Support.'
The 'Top Jobs Company in Korea' certification annually selects and certifies 100 companies that have contributed to creating quality jobs through employment expansion, work-life balance, and human resource development. The 'Government Award for Contributions to Job Creation Support' is presented to individuals and companies that have contributed to job creation and employment advancement.
MADNGINE explained that it earned the certification for the second straight year in recognition of its achievements in building an organizational culture, including fair HR systems, flexible working environments, and systematic talent development. Co-CEO Son was also recognized for his contributions to leading employment expansion and youth job creation.
Marking its sixth anniversary, MADNGINE has continued hiring talent following the success of its flagship title 'Night Crows,' as it pursues new projects including 'Project TAL,' 'Night Crows W,' and 'Project MO.'
According to the company, its headcount has grown by approximately 150% over the past two years. Young adults account for more than half of both the total workforce and new hires over the past two years.
MADNGINE plans to secure development talent in line with the expansion of new projects and foster a sustainable organizational culture based on fair HR systems, training programs, and flexible working environments.
