The Gyeonggi Content Agency (GCA), in collaboration with Tumblbug, is hosting the pop-up exhibition 'Dropped into Another World During Lunch Hour' from September 11 to October 6 at 'POPUP7@Pangyo', a content promotional exhibition space on the 7th floor of the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation in Pangyo.
The event is an unmanned pop-up exhibition designed to allow office workers in Pangyo Techno Valley to experience creative content during their spare time. It features works and merchandise from five creative teams, spanning mystery and deduction games to fantasy comics.
Participating in the exhibition are DION, creator of the mystery board games 'DANIO' and 'Dear.Y'; Mystery Games, developer of the murder mystery board game 'Three Goddesses of Fate'; and Seosajib, developer of a solo document-based deduction board game series. Visitors can also check out works from Team Tetrapod Co., Ltd., developer of the digital game 'STAFFER & RETRO', and Topseung Studio, author of the short comic book 'The Wand Craftsman of Thetis'.
During the exhibition period, a lucky draw event offering merchandise from participating creators as prizes will run for one hour daily starting at 12:30 PM.
An associated special lecture will take place on the 17th at 7:30 PM in 'Byeolttongbyeol' on the 7th floor of Gyeonggi Content Korea Lab. Dae-woong Son, CEO of Mystery Games, will share production know-how and branding experience under the topic 'A to Z Essential Summary: From Funding to Producing Mystery Board Games'. CEO Son won first place in the Crime Scene Mystery Game Competition and has successfully funded 20 board game projects on Tumblbug.
The exhibition is free to visit on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
