Hotta Studio has announced its new title, the supernatural urban open-world RPG Neverness to Everness. Developed with Unreal Engine 5, the game will be available on console, PC, and mobile devices. Neverness to Everness is set in a world where anomalies and humans coexist. In a city teeming with these anomalies, players use 'Esper Abilities' to freely explore the urban landscape and resolve unexpected incidents. Beyond combat, players can enjoy a vibrant city life, including customizing their own vehicles and managing businesses.

A World Where Anomalies and Humans Coexist

The story unfolds in Hetero City, a place where anomalies and humans live side-by-side. In this city, sightings of various anomalies are reported daily—from graffiti that races through the streets on a skateboard in the middle of the night to creatures with television sets for heads. Seeing an anomaly here is nothing out of the ordinary. Players will meet companions with diverse Esper Abilities, solve upcoming incidents together, and gradually immerse themselves in the daily life of this new city.

Lifestyle, Real Estate, and Vehicles

The city offers much more than just the main story. Players can purchase and modify vehicles, or buy and freely decorate their own homes. A wealth of other city-based content awaits exploration.

An Anomalous City Built with Unreal Engine 5

To create a more realistic urban environment, the developers used Unreal Engine 5 to build the city's framework, significantly enhancing visual fidelity with Nanite virtualized geometry technology. Antique shops and convenience stores are brimming with detail, filled with various decorations and furniture that bring the world to life. Stepping out of a shop to look around the city, the lights between the skyscrapers add to the mysterious atmosphere.
