The Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA) is accepting applications until April 24 for the '2026 School Esports Instructor Workshop,' aimed at training leaders for school esports clubs.
This workshop is part of an initiative to revitalize school esports, with the goal of creating a sustainable educational environment and fostering field-oriented instructors.
The workshop will be held over two days, from May 1 to May 2, at the DRX Esports Academy in Mapo-gu, Seoul. It is open to those who hold a KeSPA Esports Instructor License (Grade C or higher) or those expected to obtain one by May.
The curriculum consists of ▲Esports instructional methodology, ▲Understanding the characteristics of middle and high school students, and ▲Lesson plan development and practice, focusing on practical programs that can be applied directly in schools.
A total of 15 participants will be selected for the workshop, and participation is free of charge. Those who complete the program will be given the opportunity to serve as 2026 school esports instructors.
The workshop is expected to provide those interested in school esports instruction with the opportunity to acquire practical skills applicable to the educational field.
