Netmarble (CEO Kim Byung-kyu) announced on the 7th that it has updated its character-collecting AFK mobile RPG, 'The King of Fighters AFK' (developed by Netmarble Neo), to include new fighters 'Ash Crimson' and 'Zero (Clone).'

The newly added 'Ash Crimson' is a fighter who wields green flames with ease and overwhelms opponents with a cynical and insolent attitude. He showcases signature skills such as 'Pluviôse' and 'Ventôse' and possesses the [Encroachment] synergy. He can be obtained through a pickup event running until August 19, during which a pickup event for other [Encroachment] synergy fighters will also be held.

Also added is the new fighter 'Zero (Clone),' who possesses the [Special] synergy and [Cosmos] attribute. He can use signature skills such as 'Hakura Messatsu' and 'Zanpu Enpa: Shoha.' He is available through premium summons and the League Shop.

Various events will also be held sequentially. Players can encounter the legendary supporter 'Ron' in the 'Lucky Elpy' event (August 10–14), while the 'Tropical Island' event (August 13–26) will feature the legendary pets 'Blaze' and 'Popsy.'
