Stardew Valley’s iconic stories and atmosphere are brought to life in its second orchestral production, Symphony of Seasons, which has now confirmed its domestic schedule and opened ticket sales.
This large-scale performance will take place on December 20 at the Donghae Culture & Arts Center in Seoul. Under the title Symphony of Seasons, a 35-piece orchestra will perform newly arranged versions of Stardew Valley’s most beloved soundtrack pieces. Additionally, exclusive content created specifically for the concert—accompanied by in-game gameplay footage—will be shown on a giant screen.
The program is designed to musically chronicle the player’s journey from the very moment they arrive in Pelican Town in Stardew Valley. The orchestra aims to revisit, in sound, all the game’s emblematic locations—Pelican Town itself, the Skull Cavern, Ginger Island, Calico Desert, the submarine, the Wizard’s Tower, and more—offering the audience a sense of stepping back into these cherished settings. Notably, Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone, Stardew Valley’s creator, personally selected and curated the concert’s repertoire.
Beginning its world tour at Benaroya Hall in Seattle, Washington, Symphony of Seasons is making stops in major Asian cities—Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai—and chose Seoul as one of its key Asian destinations. Scheduled to coincide with the midwinter Christmas season in Korea, the concert promises to let audiences experience the game’s four-season charm in a live orchestral setting.
