Dignitas fills in their final Academy spot, signing Kim "Olleh" Joo-sung as support. Olleh is most well known for his time on Immortals and especially Team Liquid, making it to MSI and Worlds with the team, but spent 2019 swapping up and down between Golden Guardians' LCS and Academy rosters.

Along with Samson "Lourlo" Jackson announced earlier today, Olleh rounds out the roster made up of five LCS veterans, along with Matthew "Akaadian" Higginbotham, Tanner "Damonte" Damonte, and Kim "Fenix" Jae-hun. While it may seem counterintuitive to have an Academy squad full of veterans, it's also a smart decision if the team wants to utilzie a ten man roster.

In the past, OpTic was able to sub in Academy players to the main roster based on matchup or weekly performance, and Cloud9 has utilized their jungle duo well before too. Dignitas has "assembled Exodia" in the Academy, but may be planning to sub players up to the main roster if needed. They lack an experienced ADC, but they otherwise have suitable subs in every position.

If Olleh is to sub in for Zaqueri "aphromoo" Black, however, they will also need to either sub in Lourlo for Heo "Huni" Seung-hoon or Damonte/Fenix for Henrik "Froggen" Hansen. DIG did also tweet that Lourlo is currently subbing in for Huni while they finalize his visa, meaning they may already be getting substitution games ready if Huni can't arrive in time for the season opener in a few weeks.
