'Neverness to Everness' (NTE), a supernatural urban open world RPG developed by Hotta Studio under Perfect World, launched its version 1.2 second-half update on the 29th. The update centers on the new S-rank character 'Eloy' and introduces new costumes, a limited-time Arc, and various events including auctions and fishing.

Eloy first appeared in the previously released 'Corridor of Dreams' chapter. She is established as a volunteer who helped the protagonist adapt to Sunrise Island, and is a colleague of Mint and Shinku from the Paranormal Management Bureau's Containment Team 2. In this update, she makes her debut as a playable character via the limited-time board 'Lifeline'.

In combat, she serves as a Spirit-attribute healer and buffer. She possesses the supernatural ability to create dream spaces and attacks enemies alongside three sheep. When using her Ultimate, a 'Gate of Dreams' opens, allowing her to support the team by either continuously healing all allies or dealing damage over time to enemies, depending on the combat situation.

Eloy also offers unique interactions during open world exploration. Players can interact with animals to obtain random growth items, an interaction that can be used up to 999 times. A new swimsuit costume for Eloy has also been added, and players can acquire related items such as limited-edition gliders and liveries through the limited-time board.

The limited-time research recruitment plan 'Gate of Dreams Special' is also underway. During the event, the drop rate for the limited S-rank Arc 'Forbidden Gate' is increased. Players can receive up to 10 'Dice of Truth', a recruitment resource, as a 7-day cumulative login reward.

Character support benefits for new users have also been prepared. Users who create a character and activate the mail function before the end of version 1.2 will receive one permanent S-rank character selection chest. This provides an opportunity for both existing players and those joining during the update period to secure their desired S-rank character.

Additionally, the 'Land Grab' auction event, where players compete for items, and the 'Fishing Operation' event utilizing fishing content will be held sequentially. Detailed schedules and participation requirements for each event will be announced via in-game notices and official channels.

'Neverness to Everness' is available on PlayStation 5, iOS, Android, Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Samsung Galaxy Store.
