Netmarble (CEO Kim Byung-kyu) announced on the 27th that it is recruiting the 26th cohort of its student outreach program, 'Marble Challenger.'

'Marble Challenger' is a premier gaming industry supporter program open to any university student—whether currently enrolled or on a leave of absence—who has a passion for Netmarble and games, and a strong understanding of new media content. To date, 235 students have completed the program, with an approximately 60% placement rate into the gaming industry among those seeking employment.

Interested applicants can submit their applications via the 'Marble Challenger' recruitment notice on Netmarble's official careers website by August 10. Following a document review and interview process, the final selected participants will begin their six-month term with an inauguration ceremony on August 28, running from September 2026 to February 2027.

Supporters will gain hands-on experience in various professional tasks, including: #1 planning and producing new media promotional content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram; #2 writing posts for the official Marble Challenger blog; and #3 analyzing trend reports. They will also have the opportunity to participate directly in the planning and execution of Netmarble's online and offline events.

Selected 'Marble Challengers' will receive a stipend and opportunities for mentorship from industry professionals. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate and preferential consideration during the document screening process for future job applications at Netmarble. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to continue contributing as guest writers even after the program concludes.

Kim Dong-hwan, Team Leader of Netmarble's Creator Strategy Team, stated, "Starting with promotional activities for our entries at the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026 this September, we will operate this program to foster talent for the gaming industry through hands-on mentorship and experience in both online and offline events."
