BPMG announced on the 27th that it is expanding its Web3 business by leveraging game intellectual property (IP).
Together with its gaming subsidiary Blomics, BPMG plans to develop Web3 games using IPs such as 'Fortress 3 Blue,' 'Cooking Adventure,' and 'EOS Red.' These games will be integrated with the global Web3 platform 'PopPlus' to broaden the company's business reach.

'Populous' is a blockchain-based social community platform where users share interests, much like on social media. It offers features for generating content such as images and music using AI agents, along with various gaming services. Through Populous, BPMG plans to connect a diverse range of games and expand user engagement features.
The company is also set to expand its Web3 ecosystem by integrating its native Web3 token, 'GemHUB,' into Populous and its games. Furthermore, it plans to increase interoperability with various global chains and Web3 services, based on a multi-chain operating system that includes the Base chain.
'Fortress 3 Blue,' slated for Web3 development, is a PC and mobile cross-platform game based on a domestic casual shooting game IP and is currently preparing for its official launch. 'Cooking Adventure' is a cooking simulation game with 33 million cumulative global downloads, while 'EOS Red' is an MMORPG focused on large-scale battles and growth content.
"BPMG CEO Cha Ji-hoon stated, "We are focusing on building a user-participation-based Web3 environment centered on games and community," adding, "We will continue to expand our Web3 business domain through the integration of various game IPs and platforms.""
Founded in August 2021, BPMG provides services including the multi-chain wallet K-Mint, blockchain platform development, stablecoin consulting, and EcoSpace AI solutions. The company has secured ₩7 billion in Series A funding and collaborates with major IT firms such as ITCEN, Megazone, and Hyosung Galaxia Metaverse. Through its subsidiary Blomics, it also conducts game operations for titles such as 'Tales Runner' and 'EOS Black'.
