XD Inc. (XD) announced on the 6th that it will reveal details for the new 'Whale Exploration' trend season in its healing life simulator game, 'Heartbeat Town.' The 'Whale Exploration' season is scheduled to be updated on the 11st.
This large-scale seasonal update commemorates the game's half-year anniversary, featuring a variety of deep-sea exploration content and a wide array of ocean-themed decoration elements.
First, a new underwater map, 'Whale Fall Canyon,' will be introduced. Players can explore the mysterious deep sea, discover various marine life, and experience hidden content scattered throughout the new region.
Additionally, a new exclusive space called 'Underwater Mesa' will be added. Players can use ocean-themed building materials and furniture to decorate their own underwater areas, allowing for a unique housing experience with a different atmosphere.
A new marine life encyclopedia will also be introduced to enhance the fun of exploration. Content for collecting various marine creatures, such as squid and sea slugs, has been added to complete the encyclopedia, further strengthening the appeal of collection-based gameplay.
New ocean-themed costumes will also be updated. Players can style their characters for a summer vibe with various outfits reminiscent of snorkeling and vacations.
To celebrate the half-year anniversary, various commemorative events have been prepared for users. During the event period, players can earn generous rewards such as Moonlight Crystals, Wish Stars, and limited exhibition tickets, and various missions will provide items to help with character growth.
An official from XD stated, "We have prepared our largest underwater-themed season yet to mark our half-year anniversary," adding, "We hope you enjoy the enriched charm of Heartbeat Town through the new exploration areas, housing, encyclopedia, and various events."
