Pan Studio has released details for the Version 1.4 update of its action RPG, 'Duet Night Abyss,' titled 'Racing Stars.'

The update will be rolled out in two phases: the first on June 2 and the second on June 30. The June 2 update introduces a new main story and a new region, 'Bloomfield Station.' Players will encounter new allies and the 'Forsaken Alliance' aboard a train transporting high-profile prisoners, and will face the new boss, 'Main Battery of the Aurora.'

The first half of the update introduces a new character, 'Flora,' and the dark-attribute protagonist, 'Moonstone Hunter.' Flora utilizes melee critical hits to transform enemies, while the Moonstone Hunter can switch to the dark attribute from the preparation screen after awakening it through the story. Additionally, four new weapons, the 'Calamity Weapon' growth system, the high-difficulty 'Deep Exploration' content, and a guild system will be added.

The second half of the update on June 30 will feature the new fire-attribute character 'Hilda.' Hilda uses a vacuum cleaner for rapid-fire attacks and deals fire-attribute area-of-effect damage. Other additions include cosmetic content such as the nun-themed 'Holy 7-Day Vow' costume and additional events. On July 15, a new difficulty level, IV, will be added to the competitive 'Towards the Summit' mode.

To celebrate the update, Pan Studio plans to provide players with character and weapon selection boxes. By participating in events, players can also earn 27 'Splendid Hourglasses' and 3600 'Moonstones.
