On the 20th, the Dream Island arrived with the latest patch. With the Oren update on the horizon, all eyes turned to the island, fueled by rumors that it would drop elixirs to boost stats, armor and weapon enchant scrolls, and even rare, high-value spellbooks. But dreams are far off, and reality is harsh. Many players were met with the brutal bite of the island's monsters, forcing them to retreat to their original hunting grounds or abandon their efforts after realizing the cost of supplies outweighed the gains. We dedicate this week's 'Lin-Cle' to those who dreamed of glorious loot but were forced to face the cold reality.
■ The Hunt for Scrolls: Into the Dream Island
In addition to the elixirs from the original game, the Dream Island now features armor and weapon enchant scrolls and high-value spellbooks. Many users entered the island with high hopes of scoring big or reliving old memories, but they were quickly forced out. The monsters were simply too strong for casual farming or nostalgic strolls.
In the original version, monster levels on the Dream Island were randomized, meaning you could sometimes clear them in one hit or take several, allowing players to dodge and weave to hunt for big rewards. In Lineage Classic, however, monster levels are fixed, making it difficult for lower-spec players to chase big drops without burning through their potion supplies.
We are seeing bloodpledges forming parties to hunt for big rewards. Given the high damage output of the monsters and the resulting heavy consumption of supplies, it remains to be seen whether this area will be controlled by specific groups or become a new battleground for bloodpledge warfare.

■ A Psychological War of Deception: K's Invisibility
Tension spiked on the Dethroned server when an 'Invisibility' spellbook appeared on the market. It is a core skill that makes a character invisible—like an invisibility cloak—and is essential for strengthening a bloodpledge's combat power alongside skills like Shock Stun and Triple Arrow. This triggered a fierce psychological battle to secure it.
Upon hearing that the spellbook had appeared on the server, the streamer K offered the seller a higher price than the one previously agreed upon with the Gangho Alliance. To prevent the deal from being intercepted, K hid his broadcast screen and used an alternate character to complete the trade in total secrecy.
The real highlight was the high-level psychological warfare and deception that followed. K feigned not having obtained the item to sow confusion, and even hid the purchase from his own bloodpledge members until the following day, marking the peak of his mind games. The display was so intense it felt like a battle between bloodpledges, leaving many users eager to see how this will play out on the battlefield.

■ Lineage at E-mart: To the Delicious Island
