Black Desert released an update on Wednesday, July 8. This update includes class improvements, new difficulty levels for Son-Gaksi, and various minor quality-of-life changes.
1. Class Improvements
- Succession Warrior: Increased attack speed and WP recovery for Prime: Forward Slash; significantly increased damage for Succession: Warrior's Spirit and Prime: Forward Slash
- Succession Valkyrie: Changed Prime: Punishment to Tier 2 skill add-on; reduced cooldowns for Sword of Judgment and Holy Spear
- Awakening Valkyrie: Increased damage for 5 skills
- Awakening Striker: Consolidated chain skills for Endless Explosion into 'Fallout' and removed Down Smash/Stiffness effects; increased damage for 3 skills
- Awakening Ninja: Increased damage for 9 skills
- Succession Corsair: Added and improved HP recovery effects for 4 basic skills; increased damage for 3 skills

2. Monster Improvements
- Added Son-Gaksi difficulty levels: Eight - Jae - Sini to Ten - Jae - Sini (requires 365/375/385 Attack, respectively)
- Added new mechanics; overall difficulty is similar to Dueoksini/Eoduksini

3. UI Improvements
- Memos written in the Family Character Management menu will now appear in the lobby and game exit screens
- Added a durability warning UI for fishing rods based on their remaining expiration time


4. Other Improvements
- Increased the drop rate of landscape paints in hunting grounds by approximately 1.69 to 8.17 times
- The blacksmith at Hakinza Sanctuary can now exchange Latent Boss Aura
- Only guild members with mount management permissions can now transport guild mounts
