German indie game publisher Assemble Entertainment and Thai indie developer Kylyk Games announced that they released the plant-placement puzzle adventure game 'Urban Jungle' on the Nintendo Switch on June 11.
'Urban Jungle' is a cozy puzzle game where players fill empty rooms with plants to transform them into small gardens. Players place various types of plants in a room, finding the perfect spot for each to gradually complete the space.

While the game centers on gardening, it does not focus on demanding tasks like watering or pest control. Instead, it emphasizes the joy of deciding where to place plants, the order in which to decorate, and how to harmonize them with surrounding objects. Placing plants in the right spots unlocks new varieties and makes the room increasingly lush.
The gameplay is relaxed. Without time limits or complex failure conditions, players can move plants, rearrange layouts, and interact with objects to create their own indoor garden. You can enjoy the game at your own pace, whether you want to quickly spruce up a single room or spend time slowly decorating multiple spaces.
'Urban Jungle' was first released on PC in 2025 and later arrived on Xbox. Since its debut, it has been well-received by fans of cozy games, often compared to titles like 'Unpacking' and 'A Little to the Left' for its satisfying focus on organization and arrangement.

The story unfolds naturally through the changes in the rooms. As plants multiply, furniture and decor find their places, and the living space evolves, the protagonist's daily life and memories are revealed. The calm visuals, gentle sound, and slow pace create an atmosphere perfect for a relaxing break.
The Nintendo Switch version features both handheld and docked modes, allowing for convenient play anytime. The base price is ₩13,500, and it is currently available for ₩11200 as part of a launch sale.
Assemble Entertainment stated, "'Urban Jungle' has already captured the interest of many cozy game fans on PC and Xbox. Now, Nintendo Switch users can also enjoy the process of filling rooms with plants and watching small spaces slowly come to life right in the palm of their hands."
