Netmarble is selling its G-Tower headquarters in Guro to NH Investment & Securities for ₩697.6 billion.

Netmarble previously disclosed an investment of ₩407.2 billion in the construction of G-Tower. Based on simple calculations, the sale will result in a profit of ₩290.4 billion.
According to the regulatory filing, the purpose of the disposal is to secure liquidity through the sale of assets, with the transaction scheduled for the 12th.
G-Tower is a 41-story building with five basement levels that houses Netmarble Company and its affiliate, Coway. The facility includes cultural amenities such as a character park and a convention center. Seventy percent of the site has been turned into a park, providing a nature-friendly space for employees and local residents, and it also operates a game museum to promote the cultural value of the gaming industry.
A Netmarble representative explained, "The sale of G-Tower was pursued to improve the efficiency of asset management and secure financial flexibility, and we intend to use this to restructure our asset portfolio."

Netmarble plans to relocate to Gwacheon in the future. The company invested ₩273.8 billion to build an R&D center in the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, spanning 15 floors above ground and six below. The site, known as Knowledge Plot 9, was the most highly contested location during the recruitment of companies for the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town.
