Games Workshop held a showcase on the 21st to mark the 10th anniversary of 'Warhammer Skulls', the annual Warhammer video game festival.

The event, which lasted about 50 minutes, was hosted by Alana Pearce. At the showcase, the world premieres of 'Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Deathwatch' and 'Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Deathmaster' were unveiled, and news of a collaboration between 'Helldivers 2' and 'Warhammer 40,000' was announced. The 'Warhammer Skulls' discount event, running alongside the event, will continue until the 28th on Xbox, Windows, GOG, Steam, GeForce Now, Epic Games Store, Apple App Store, PS, Games Planet, Fanatical, Gamersgate, Humble, and Green Man Gaming. Users can purchase select titles at up to 90% off. Information on new games, DLC, and updates was also revealed through the showcase. 'Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II' was released during the event and is currently playable on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5. Steam demo versions of 'Warhammer Survivors' and 'Warhammer 40,000: Vaultguns II' are available until the 28th. 'Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines II' unveiled the 'Furgation' update, which includes new PvE levels and skins, and the 'Iron Hands Chapter Pack' DLC. 'Total War: Warhammer III' released the 'Vashiva Character Pack' DLC to strengthen the Grand Cathay faction, and a free legendary hero character is added via an update. 'Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sector' unveiled the 'Ultramarines DLC' and the '1.0 Crusade' update. 'Rust - Warhammer 40,000 Pack' was released on console platforms, and 'Warhammer 40,000: Speedfreaks' is currently in service with cross-play capabilities. Information on future updates and release schedules was also revealed. The 'Infinite Muzion' DLC for 'Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader' is scheduled for release on June 11. 'Warhammer 40,000: Darktide' will add a new 'Skitarii' class on June 23. 'Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV' is scheduled for release on September 17, and those who pre-ordered the Commander Edition can play Early Access starting September 14. A free play event is also being held. 'Warhammer 40,000: Gladius: Relic of War' can be permanently owned for free on Steam until the 28th, and 'Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sector' also supports a free trial during the same period. Games Workshop plans to reveal news about additional Warhammer games through various game showcases this summer, kicking off with the PC Gaming Show on June 7.
