'Hotori' is an S-rank character who first appeared in Chapter 1 of the main story as the manager of the 'Avon' antique shop. As a Light-attribute esper, she is characterized by her special ability, 'Ultimate: The Rushing World,' which allows her to freeze time in her surroundings.

On the 6th, a character animation PV titled 'A Panorama of Time Seen Through a Pocket Watch,' which covers Hotori's backstory, was released, providing detailed information on her background. As the manager of Avon, Hotori often visits the flea market in the Bridge district during her spare time to bring rare items back to the shop, showcasing her unique personality as someone who has appraised countless treasures using the measure of 'time.'

With this 'A Cup of Moonlight' limited board update, the S-rank character 'Hotori' has been added alongside the glider livery 'Yuran,' the Blizzard-V4 motorcycle livery 'Autumn Echoes,' and the Hotori costume 'High-Grade Orchid.' Simultaneously, the limited Arc research recruitment plan 'Bright Moon Special' has opened, increasing the acquisition rate for the S-rank Arc 'March Beyond Time.'

Additionally, various event contents such as 'Patrol Operation' and 'Zero Accompaniment' have been added. During the event period, users can complete designated missions to earn various in-game rewards, including Phantastones and Ponds.
