"lnguagehackr" Wins 2018 HCT Fall Championship

This weekend, 16 Hearthstone players from around the globe converged in Burbank, California at the Blizzard Arena to compete for a slice of $250,000 -- and only one came out with the lion's share. Mihai “lnguagehackr” Dragalin emerged victorious from the 2018 HCT Fall Championship, taking home first place and $50,000.

The last day of the event featured some crazy plays, including this Faceless Manipulator combo that threatened lnguagehackr's championship run.

lnguagehackr, who is a Canadian player for Grizzlys Esports, took out "RENMEN" 3-1 in the quarterfinals and David "justsaiyan" Shan 3-0 in the semifinals before meeting Brian "bloodyface" Eason in the Grand Finals for a 3-1 victory. He qualified for the tournament through the Americas region of the tournament a month before, where he finished 3rd-4th.

Overall, bloodyface walked away from the 2018 HTC Fall Championship with second place and $40,000, while Wu "BloodTrail" Zong-Chang and justsaiyan came in 3rd/4th and took home $25,000 each.
