RNG Uzi to Take a Break From Competitive Gaming

RNG Uzi will be taking a break from competitive gaming.

On the 11th, through Weibo, RNG announced that Uzi will take his doctor's advice and take a short break from competitive gaming.

Having gone through an extreme amount of practice in a recent couple of months, the doctor advised Uzi to stop and let his body heal. RNG explained that the break will be brief, but at the same time, very important for Uzi to get back to form.

According to an LPL personnel, Uzi's left shoulder is in bad condition due to his bad posture. It is also known that Uzi had taken a break last year after the ALL-Star event due to his wrist injury.

Uzi was the key player in RNG when they competed in the 2018 MSI, where they had defeated the Koreans to win their very first MSI trophy. Afterward, Uzi had massively contributed to China's win during the 2018 Rift Rivals. Uzi's absence will most certainly affect RNG as a whole, but the player who will play in place of Uzi, 'Able', is also a fully capable player that has won all 3 games that he played this Summer.
