Happinet, in collaboration with Cometsoft, released the Korean physical edition of the pixel turn-based RPG 'Artis Impact' for Nintendo Switch on the 17th.
'Artis Impact' is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity and AI coexist. Players experience the journey of protagonist Akane alongside her AI companion Bot as they explore a collapsed civilization to uncover her memories and sense of belonging.
The game revolves around classic JRPG-inspired turn-based combat, character development, and equipment upgrades. Players can interact with NPCs in various regions and engage in life-sim content such as part-time jobs, cooking, and home decorating. Pixel-based presentation is applied to dungeon events and cutscenes.
It was produced over roughly four years starting in 2021 by Malaysian solo developer Mas, who hand-drew every graphic and animation frame by frame. The title won the Vermilion Gate Award, the grand prize at 'BitSummit PUNCH' held in 2026.
The Korean version supports Korean subtitles, is single-player locally, and is rated 15+.
