On the 9th, the 2026 Woori Bank LCK Finals Media Day was held at the LCK Arena in Chzzk LoL Park, Jonggak, Seoul. Head coaches and players from Gen.G, who are already waiting in the finals, as well as Hanwha Life Esports and T1, who will face off in the Final Qualifier, attended the media day.
For Gen.G, Head Coach Ryu Sang-wook, 'Kiin' Kim Gi-in, and 'Ruler' Park Jae-hyuk attended. Hanwha Life Esports was represented by Head Coach Yoon Sung-young, 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok, and 'Gumayusi' Lee Min-hyeong, while T1 was represented by Head Coach Im Jae-hyeon, 'Peyz' Kim Su-hwan, and 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok.
The 2026 LCK Finals will take place over two days on September 12 and 13 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. On September 12, Hanwha Life Esports and T1 will clash in the Final Qualifier, with the winner advancing to face Gen.G in the grand finals on September 13 for this year's championship throne.
