The ones who defeated Antharas and earned the title of First Dragon Slayer are the Ddolggi, Sooho, and Gangcheol blood pledges on the Depardieu server. However, it was noted that aside from Resurrection, Earth Dragon Scale, and Earth Dragon Armor, there were no particularly special drops.

Antharas being defeated in Lineage Classic is not a global first. In July, players on the Taiwan server mobilized numerous Mages to slay dragons in just dozens of seconds using instantaneous nuking. However, this method was quickly blocked by an emergency patch from NC, and following the readjustment of the dragons' stats, various blood pledges across multiple domestic servers attempted the challenge, but none had succeeded in defeating the dragon.

However, these blood pledges operating on Depardieu as the so-called "No Tongsoo Alliance" have consistently pursued the Antharas raid over several weeks since the boss was rebalanced to be beatable. Yesterday, their efforts finally bore fruit, allowing them to relish the joy of achieving the first Antharas clear in Korea.

Defeating Antharas required numerous attempts and trial and error. Since Antharas previously had a record of not falling even after hundreds of players attacked it for 80 minutes, the Ddolggi, Sooho, and Gangcheol blood pledges on Depardieu continuously devised new tactics. They came up with strategies and tactics such as leveling up additional Mages, improving combat routes, and restructuring resupply routes.

It is said that utilizing the newly added Level 4 Blank Scroll helped make up for their lacking firepower and increased team survivability, ultimately enabling them to slay the dragon. However, even with this method revealed, it remains unknown when the next Dragon Slayer will emerge. This kill was the result of accumulated trial and error, and the Depardieu server had many advantages—such as housing a concentration of ultra-high-level elites compared to other servers and having no interference from enemy factions—suggesting that Depardieu's No Tongsoo Alliance will likely maintain its status as the sole Dragon Slayer for the time being.
