The new 'Rhythm Heaven' title, 'Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars,' is set to launch on July 2, marking the series' return after 11 years.
Nintendo officially announced the release date for the new entry, 'Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars,' on the 9th via its news application, Nintendo Today, and its official social media channels. This new title, which arrives 11 years after the 2015 Nintendo 3DS release 'Rhythm Heaven Megamix' and commemorates the series' 20th anniversary, is scheduled for release on July 2.
Alongside the announcement, producer Tsunku♂ quoted the social media post to express his joy regarding the upcoming release. He remarked, 'It feels like it's been a long time, yet also like it happened in a flash. I'm sorry for making everyone wait so long,' while adding, 'It has become a rhythm game that is just as exciting and heart-pounding as you'd expect.'
Singer and producer Tsunku♂ has been responsible for the music across all entries in the Rhythm Heaven series, defining its unique style with his signature sense of rhythm and highly immersive tracks. He had previously confirmed his involvement in this project and shared his excitement for the game on social media when it was first unveiled during a Nintendo Direct last March.
Along with the release date, Nintendo showcased a new rhythm-based mini-game. Titled 'Slice N Dice Kitchen,' the game involves preparing ingredients in a kitchen. It delivers the series' characteristic sense of rhythm by having players catch flying ingredients to the beat and then slicing them in time with the music.

The Rhythm Heaven series debuted in 2006 on the Game Boy Advance with the original 'Rhythm Heaven.' Despite being an omnibus title consisting of simple mini-games, it received critical acclaim for its beat-driven gameplay and immersive rhythm mechanics. The 2008 sequel for the Nintendo DS, 'Rhythm Heaven Gold,' was particularly well-regarded for its refined quality. That title was also the first in the series to be localized into Korean, where it was released under the title 'Rhythm Sesang.'
Notably, unlike previous entries released in Korea under the title 'Rhythm Sesang,' this new title will be officially released under the name 'Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars,' matching the international version. The game is now available for pre-order via the Nintendo eShop and is confirmed to support the Korean language.
