SEGA Publishing Korea announced on the 8th that 'Crazy Taxi: World Tour,' an all-new entry in the globally popular driving action game series, will be released in 2027 for Xbox, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.

A new trailer and official website have also been released, offering a glimpse into the game's world and upcoming story.

The exhilarating gameplay, which features dynamic driving and car stunts as you race freely through the city, has been further evolved. The game also follows the protagonist, Axel, as he travels across the globe. Additionally, an online multiplayer mode will be introduced for the first time in the series.

Crazy Taxi is a flagship driving action game for SEGA that first launched as an arcade title in 1999. It gained worldwide popularity with numerous sequels released for home consoles, including the Dreamcast.

The game involves racing through a city to deliver passengers to their destinations, characterized by dynamic driving and thrilling car stunts that set it apart from traditional racing games. The experience is further enhanced by a punk rock soundtrack that deepens the immersion.
