Nexon (co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook) launched the domestic closed beta test (CBT) for 'Azur Promilia,' a new fantasy world RPG currently under development by Manjuu Games (co-CEOs Chen He and Lin Shuyin), on the 15th.

Running through May 18 on PC (Windows) and mobile (Android), this test invites players to explore the fantasy continent of 'Promilia' and encounter charming characters along with over 180 types of partner creatures known as 'Kibo.' Once befriended, Kibo can help solve environmental puzzles and assist in various activities, including combat, construction, and item crafting. Players can also enjoy a wealth of additional content, such as the cooperative PvE mode 'Crisis Subjugation,' the one-on-one strategy mode 'Kibo Battle,' and a variety of mini-games.

To commemorate the test, Nexon is hosting a 'Chzzk Drops Campaign' until May 18. Viewers who watch 'Azur Promilia' broadcasts in the designated category on the Chzzk platform will receive drops based on cumulative watch time, which can be used to enter a giveaway for an 'MSI GeForce RTX 5080 Vanguard SOC D7 16GB Hyperfrozer' graphics card. Additionally, users who complete pre-registration by May 22 will be entered into a raffle for the same high-end RTX 5080 graphics card.

Furthermore, the 'My Sticker' web event will run until June 30. Participants can complete missions such as pre-registering and sharing on social media to earn event currency, which is used to complete a Kibo sticker book. Those who verify their completed sticker book by July 5 will be entered into a raffle for high-end RTX 5080 graphics cards, Google gift cards, and acrylic stands.

'Azur Promilia' is a fantasy world RPG being developed for PC and mobile by Manjuu Games, the studio behind 'Azur Lane.' The game features a high degree of freedom, allowing players to explore a fantasy continent, build bonds with mysterious 'Kibo' creatures, and engage in adventure, combat, and construction. Since its initial reveal in 2024, the game has received feedback from global gaming shows, including TGS 2025.

Following Nexon's signing of the domestic publishing agreement on the 12th of this year, the company has begun full-scale preparations for the domestic launch, including an appearance at Comic World in March and this CBT. Ahead of the test, CEO Lin Shuyin and the development team released a developer note requesting active participation and feedback, noting that a survey to collect input from Korean users will be conducted starting on the 16th.
