Following a 2-0 sweep of Nongshim RedForce in the 2026 LCK Regular Season Round 3 Rise Group match on the 8th, DN Super's top laner 'DuDu' Lee Dong-ju shared his thoughts on the victory and the team's ongoing development. Reflecting on the rare 2-0 win, DuDu said, "I'm happy to secure a 2-0 victory after such a long time. It feels especially meaningful because we came back to win the first set after being behind, and while there were minor mistakes in the second, I'm satisfied with how cleanly we closed it out."

Regarding the secret to turning around the first set after being significantly behind, 'DuDu' analyzed, "We had a rough start due to an unexpected disaster in the bottom lane early on. Instead of sticking to our original goal of shutting down the opposing Jayce, we managed to create variables by utilizing the Voidgrub timing, which worked out well."

He then reviewed the second set, which they won through an aggressive game plan. 'DuDu,' who performed well on Vayne, assessed, "The early setup where we ignored Jhin, forced the opposing jungler to move downward, and successfully dove Gnar was excellent." However, he added, "It is a slight regret that we couldn't create more pressure on the side lanes against their Shen, Pantheon, and Gnar."

DNS, which had previously been criticized for being overly reliant on 'DuDu,' has recently shown signs of improvement as all team members are displaying consistent performance. Regarding this, he said, "Entering the third round, I began to feel confident that we could gain an advantage over our opponents once we reached the mid-to-late game macro phase. That gives me a great sense of stability when I play."

Regarding the team's previous losing streak, he shared, "When a losing streak drags on, you become psychologically drained. We were so desperate for a win that once we faltered, we fell into a vicious cycle of being unable to recover. Entering Round 3, we've managed to shed some of that psychological burden, which is leading to better results."

He also made sure to praise the team's strengthened teamwork following the arrival of jungler 'Shabel.' 'DuDu' remarked, "He is a very proactive player, not only in-game but also when it comes to post-game feedback and daily team life. The jungle-support synergy is crucial in the early game these days, and even though 'Shabel' is a rookie and the youngest on the team, his ability to take the initiative and lead our designs is outstanding."

Finally, when asked if it was disappointing that the team's form is peaking so late, he replied, "It is a shame that we are already eliminated from the Play-In, but we have fans who always support us. To repay them, I want to secure as many wins as possible in our remaining matches."
