Ma-Ang level firepower with top-tier stability! The Mint + Frica combo is here
An easy guide that even Crown-rank commanders can follow

Frica: The perfect fix for Mint's shortcomings
With the May 28 (Thu) update for Goddess of Victory: Nikke, the pickup for the new Nikke 'Frica' has begun. Frica is a Burst 2 Support Nikke designed to be used as a 'set' with Mint.
Frica's greatest strength is her ability to draw out nearly 100% of Mint's potential as a buffer. Mint's kit alternates between healing and buffs with each burst, which previously meant her firepower was split between different Burst 3 Nikkes. By using Frica, however, you can lock Mint into her firepower buffer mode. Given Mint's high base buffing power, the value of this set is undeniable.

Ma-Ang level firepower with professional healer-level survivability!
The Pri-Mint combo offers overwhelming buff output. Beyond Mint's own buffs, Frica's Attack buff is also excellent. While it pairs well with most Nikkes, it is particularly effective with those that rely heavily on piercing attacks, such as Snow White and Snow White: Innocent Days, or those with projectile damage like Scarlet: Black Shadow, Anis: Sparkling Summer, Rapi: Red Hood, and Cinderella. While it varies by situation, in terms of pure firepower buffs, it is considered on par with the current top-tier buffer combo, Ma-Ang (Maid Mast + Anchor).
Furthermore, the Pri-Mint combo provides high stability. Frica's Burst Skill includes a continuous party-wide heal. The healing amount is substantial, and because Skill 2 allows you to extend the duration of these recovery effects, it effectively provides constant healing from the start of the battle to the end. As a result, the team is so stable that they are nearly impossible to kill unless hit by a massive burst of damage.

Placement: Frica followed by Mint; Overload options are not required
The Pri-Mint combo is neither difficult to build nor to operate. It fits perfectly into any team that needs a firepower and healing supporter.
The only thing to watch out for is the placement order of the Pri-Mint combo. You must place them in the order of Frica then Mint. This ensures Frica triggers the initial burst, after which only Mint's Burst Skill is used. Frica will not use her burst again after the initial activation. If this happens, the combo is running correctly.
You don't need to worry much about Overload options, either. Since support capabilities are more important than raw firepower, simply upgrading your equipment to Overload for basic combat power increases is sufficient. While Mint has a Attack buff based on the caster's stats with a high coefficient, this buff does not factor in Overload equipment options. Therefore, we recommend investing resources into leveling up her Personal Item instead of chasing Overload stats.

Recommended Pri-Mint Team

#. Anis: Sparkling Summer - Frica - Mint - Liberalio - Scarlet: Black Shadow

A versatile team that works well with most Nikkes. The projectile damage buff provides excellent synergy with Scarlet: Black Shadow.
