The final list of candidates for the South Korean national LoL team to compete in the '2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games' has been revealed. Barring any major upsets, 'Zeus' Choi Woo-je, 'Canyon' Kim Geon-bu, 'Zeca' Kim Geon-woo, 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok, 'Gumayusi' Lee Min-hyung, and 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok will compete for the gold medal under the guidance of head coach Kang Dong-hoon. Among the six final candidates for dispatch, 'Zeus', 'Faker', and 'Keria' were members of the gold medal-winning team at the '2022 Hangzhou Asian Games'. At the time, they achieved an undefeated championship without dropping a single set alongside 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok, 'Chovy' Jeong Ji-hoon, and 'Ruler' Park Jae-hyeok, earning the reputation of being the 'greatest roster of all time'. 'Canyon', 'Zeca', and 'Gumayusi' are competing in this Asian Games wearing the Taegeuk uniform for the first time this year.
