On the final day of the 2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) regular season Round 2, held at LoL PARK in Jongno on the 31st, Hanwha Life Esports faced off against Hanjin Brion. Needing a win to defend their top spot, Hanwha Life Esports secured a 2-0 sweep, clinching first place with a final record of 15-3.

Early in Game 1, Hanwha Life Esports built their lead around 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo's Viktor. Using Teleport to join a top-lane skirmish, Viktor took down the opposing Jayce, reaching a 3/0/0 scoreline by the 12-minute mark. In a 4v4 Rift Herald teamfight, Hanwha Life Esports traded kills 2-1 and pushed down the mid-lane tier-one turret, while 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok's Vi rotated bot to catch Jayce. 'Zeus' Choi Woo-je's K'Sante then solo-killed 'Roamer' Jo Woo-jin's Orianna, firmly establishing Hanwha Life Esports' lead.

Hanjin Brion attempted to collapse on Viktor, who was isolated in the bot lane, but the delay allowed Hanwha Life Esports' reinforcements to arrive, resulting in two kills for Hanwha and further losses for Hanjin due to their numerical disadvantage. With K'Sante becoming an immovable force in teamfights, Hanwha Life Esports continued their winning streak and snowballed the game. In Game 2, Hanjin Brion took an early lead behind 'Gideon' Kim Min-seong's Jarvan IV and his effective lane ganks, but Hanwha Life Esports mounted a fierce counterattack. After scoring kills in a three-man top-lane gank, Hanwha Life Esports caught 'Roamer's' Taliyah thanks to long-range ultimate skill support from 'Gumayusi' Lee Min-hyeong's Ashe. After a prolonged stalemate, 'Zeka's' Ryze broke the silence around the 23-minute mark by catching out Taliyah in a side lane alongside Pantheon.

Hanwha Life Esports moved to Baron, but as the opponents entered their range, they pivoted into a teamfight and secured a clean ace. The slight gold lead Hanjin Brion had held shifted, with Hanwha Life Esports pulling ahead by nearly 4k gold in an instant. Pressuring the mid and bot lanes simultaneously, Hanwha Life Esports turned the tables on Hanjin's attempt to catch their Gnar, swept the remaining members, and closed out the series with another ace.
