Sources: Kevin Chou, Founder of 'Kabam', Looks for a 'League of Legends' Team in Korea

Founder of 'Kabam' and owner of the Overwatch League's Seoul team, Kevin Chou, has dove deeper into the esports industry.

The news that Kevin has been meeting staff members of many different Korean 'League of Legends' teams had spread.

Recently, Kevin has been receiving quite the fair amount of attention from the media, as he has invested millions of dollars into the esports industry.

A personnel from a certain LCK team has stated, "Kevin wants to create an entirely new team. His offer was specific and well organized." He further mentioned that the offer was canceled on his part due to negotiation issues.

Another staff member from a different team also informed us that Kevin gave them a "special" offer, but continued to say that Kevin wasn't looking for a specific team, but rather a team that fits well into his plan.

In the past, regarding his OW team, Kevin stated that he will create the best facilities for his players. He also said that his players' health will be maintained through special programs meant for traditional sports players. On top of it all, he was fully willing to create a training facility geared towards producing esports talents in Korea.

Some teams showed signs of reluctance to Kevin's offer, as applying a "new" system to a team would require many changes.

On the other hand, Inven Global sent an interview request in an attempt to gain further information. Kevin's reply was "no comment."
