Global game publisher VALOFE (CEO Shin Jae-myung) announced on the 27th that it has released a making-of video showcasing the development status of its upcoming 2D side-scrolling MMORPG, 'Master of Fantasy,' and has secured the official rights to use the original soundtrack (OST) 'Rainbow.'

Since opening the official community for Master of Fantasy on the 3rd, the company has been expanding its touchpoints with users. This making-of video is the first piece of content intended to share the development progress and the game's creative direction, and it was released via VALOFE's official YouTube channel, VFUN Official. The video features current development footage, including newly created concept art based on the original art style, skill effects, and the UI. VALOFE plans to share future development milestones sequentially.

The video features 'Rainbow,' the iconic original soundtrack from the classic game 'Master of Fantasy,' as its background music. To evoke the nostalgia of long-time fans, VALOFE secured the official rights to use the track from the original composer. The company plans to faithfully preserve the spirit of the original while introducing a modernized version of 'Master of Fantasy' that incorporates various elements cherished by its community.

A VALOFE representative stated, "We are working to enhance the game's quality to ensure that both long-time fans who have waited for the title and new players can enjoy 'Master of Fantasy' naturally," adding, "We will do our best to meet the expectations of original fans while ensuring the game is accessible to new users through our official community."

Meanwhile, with a target release within the year, VALOFE plans to sequentially release various information about the game, including actual in-game footage, key content, and systems, in line with development progress, while maintaining continuous communication with users throughout the development process.
