Subculture game developer Gentle Maniac (co-CEOs Bok Gyu-dong and Lee Tae-woong) announced on the 16th that it has released a new content update for its mobile real-time strategy SRPG, 'Horizon Walker.'

The highlight of this update is the limited-time, vacation-themed event 'The White Waves Rolling In,' which centers on the newly unveiled Character, 'Aram.' As an Albino Orche commander, Aram features a dedicated affinity story that delves into her unique narrative and charm, offering players a highly immersive experience.

In addition, a dedicated swimsuit costume has been added to showcase Aram's charm. During the event, a season pass including the Aram costume will be available, and a beach-themed lobby background will also be added to fit the summer season.

Beyond the new Character, the update includes a wealth of content, such as defense battles, mini-games, and event stories. Players can earn Rewards by clearing new stages introduced during the summer event, which can be used to obtain various items, including a swimsuit costume for the existing Character 'Maximilia.'

To celebrate its 2nd anniversary, Gentle Maniac has also launched a dedicated event webpage showcasing various ongoing activities in the game and community. The page includes a roadmap for updates from July to September, covering the first part of the event launching on the 16th, the upcoming second part, and the 2nd-anniversary event and offline activities scheduled for August. Various events, such as character-guessing games, and generous Rewards will be provided through the official community during this period.
