This was the end of the road for T1. They were eliminated after falling to G2 Esports, who reclaimed their reputation as the 'LCK Killers.'

In Game 4, T1 started strong, scoring across all lanes. 'Doran' Choi Hyun-joon’s Olaf signaled the momentum with a solo kill, followed by 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok’s Galio, who answered with a second solo kill. In the bottom lane, 'Oner' Mun Hyeon-jun’s Wukong secured a kill, while 'Peyz' Kim Su-hwan’s Caitlyn and 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok’s Lux picked up two duo kills. Olaf even managed a 'love shot' (mutual kill) during a dive.

G2 Esports attempted to rally by finding effective trades in the mid and bottom lanes, but their joy was short-lived. A dive attempt on Olaf backfired when Galio provided timely support, resulting in a kill for T1. A subsequent dive on Galio ended in a 1-for-1 trade. While eyes were on Olaf, who solo-killed 'Labrov's Karma and wreaked havoc in the enemy jungle, T1 caught 'Hans Sama's Ashe and secured two more kills, widening the gap significantly.

Around the 18-minute mark, G2 Esports launched a successful counterattack. T1, having traded the Dragon for a kill on Ashe, overextended in their pursuit, and G2 did not miss the opportunity. Using the respawned Ashe’s ultimate skill to finish off Caitlyn was a crucial play, bringing the 4k gold lead back to even. However, T1 regained their focus, sweeping 5 kills in a Dragon teamfight while only losing Olaf.

T1 scored heavily in a teamfight near Baron, initiated by Ashe’s ultimate. Even after Wukong was caught early, the bottom duo survived to lead the team to victory, capped by a pentakill from Caitlyn. In the fight for the Dragon Soul, G2 Esports finished off Caitlyn, putting T1 in a precarious position, but a lone 'Doran' stepped up to secure a double kill and stabilize the situation.

G2 Esports then took both Baron and the Dragon, seemingly shifting the momentum back in their favor. However, T1 turned the tables with an ambush, catching Karma and securing three kills in a fierce pursuit to dampen G2's momentum. Yet, after Wukong and Olaf were caught, Galio was picked off in a side lane during the 4th Dragon spawn, leading to a costly loss of the Soul and Baron. G2 Esports now held a lead of over 6k gold.

With the Baron buff, G2 Esports demolished two inhibitors. After resetting, they pressured T1 with Kled in the top lane, eventually taking the top inhibitor as well. T1 managed to breathe a sigh of relief by picking off Viktor and the enemy bottom duo to secure the Elder Dragon. However, G2 Esports patiently waited out the Elder buff, then pushed in with the Baron buff and super minions. T1 attempted to engage, but G2 ignored them, focused fire on the Nexus, and ended the game.
