NEOWIZ (Co-CEOs Kim Seung-chul and Bae Tae-geun) announced on the 2nd that it has published its first-ever '2025 NEOWIZ SUSTAINABILITY REPORT.' This marks the company's first official step in formalizing sustainability as a core strategy to drive future growth.
The report outlines NEOWIZ's key sustainability achievements and priority tasks for 2025, aligned with the company's vision: 'Built for Fans. Made to Last'—a commitment to creating long-lasting, beloved IP through trust and growth alongside its fandom.
In particular, through a Double Materiality Assessment, the company identified four key tasks: #1 Enhancing user (fan) communication and satisfaction, #2 Human resource management, #3 Information protection and data security, and #4 Eco-friendly workplaces. Among these, 'Enhancing user (fan) communication and satisfaction' is closely tied to NEOWIZ's management strategy of building trust and growing with its fandom to create enduring, beloved IP. A Double Materiality Assessment is an analytical method that considers both the impact of corporate activities on society and the environment, and the impact of external environmental factors on the company's financial performance.
A NEOWIZ representative stated, "Sustainability is a core management element for achieving long-term growth based on trust. NEOWIZ will go beyond simply making fun games to create value that transcends gaming, growing into a sustainable enterprise."
Meanwhile, the report's credibility was enhanced through an independent third-party verification by the Korean Standards Association (KSA) in accordance with international verification standards (AA1kAS v3). The '2025 NEOWIZ SUSTAINABILITY REPORT' is available on the NEOWIZ official website.
