Neptune announced on the 10th that it has signed a global publishing agreement for 'Sword Hero Zero,' a multiverse Wuxia RPG developed by global game developer Han-Squirrel Games.

Founded in 2015, Han-Squirrel Games is a developer with a track record of long-term success in titles targeting Wuxia fans, currently servicing the mobile RPG 'Han-Squirrel Jianghu' and the PC MMORPG 'Sands of Salzaar.

Its flagship mobile Wuxia RPG, 'Han-Squirrel Jianghu,' has recorded 7 million cumulative global downloads and ₩45 billion in cumulative revenue, while the fantasy open world single-player game 'Sands of Salzaar' has sold over 2 million copies on the global gaming platform Steam.

Through this agreement, Neptune has secured global publishing rights for 'Sword Hero Zero' and plans to launch the service within the year. Pre-registration is currently available on the Google Play Store, with the Apple App Store launch scheduled for later this month.

The multiverse Wuxia RPG 'Sword Hero Zero' is primarily set in 'Sword Heaven,' a space where countless souls gather and a gateway to various Wuxia worlds. Players take on the role of the absolute ruler of Sword Heaven, descending into different Wuxia worlds with lost memories to correct the fates of heroes facing adversity.

Players can build their own decks by combining over 60 heroes and 34 types of strategy cards, experiencing tactical depth through combat that utilizes elemental affinities, internal energy (Naegong), external energy (Oegong), and status effects. The game also offers single-player exploration content, labyrinths, puzzles, and diverse adventure elements such as day-night cycles.

Sword Hero Zero' is particularly notable for its unique visuals, which combine stylish 3D cartoon rendering with lyrical 2D art, and its immersive soundtrack composed by artists who have worked on popular Wuxia IP music.
