Pearl Abyss released an update today (the 14th) for Black Desert Mobile, featuring its second season and the summer event 'Dragon Palace'.

The second season allows players to convert existing characters in their Family into season characters. Returning adventurers can also use characters they have already leveled up to participate in the season.

The season is centered around the story of the 'Fairy.' As players progress through the season, they can acquire resources needed for Fairy growth. A '[Chaos] Skillbook Selection Chest' has been added as a season graduation reward.

The 'Dragon Palace' summer event will run until August 4. Inspired by the Korean folktale 'Sugungga,' the event features a lighthearted and fun story involving Master Gu and Master To. Adventurers can embark on a quest to save the Dragon King, who has fallen ill with heatstroke.

Alongside the Dragon Palace event, various other summer activities are available, including ▲'Hide and Seek!' ▲'Dodge the Waves!' ▲'Roar of the Deep, Khan's Raid,' and ▲'Ghost-Hunting Artillery.' Adventurers can earn 'Dragon Palace Coins' through these events and exchange them at the 'Mysterious Dragon Palace Shop' for items such as ▲Ogir's Blessing, ▲Moonstone of Dawn, ▲Shadow Knot, and ▲Scroll of Order.

A new summer outfit, 'Citrus,' has been released. This refreshing orange-colored swimsuit outfit can be worn by all Transcendence classes. During the '2026 Black Desert Mobile Heidel Ball' held on the 11st, Pearl Abyss unveiled update plans to strengthen the foundation for long-term service, including new equipment, expanded growth structures, content simplification, and improvements to guild battles, pets, and the season system.

Some content, such as the Castle of Serendia, Mrowek's Labyrinth, Tower of Trials, and Tax Wagon, will be streamlined. The Black Sun and Night of Vengeful Spirits will be changed to a weekly rotation, with increased rewards. A special coupon commemorating the banquet was also released, allowing adventurers to receive growth items such as ▲W's Blessing, ▲Black Pearl, and ▲Restoration Scroll.

Meanwhile, Black Desert Mobile concluded the remaster update announced at last year's Calpheon Ball with the 'Transcendence' update on June 23. A developer commentary detailing the major changes and the development process was also released.
