Com2uS Holdings announced on the 22nd that it will officially launch 'ColorSweeper,' a brain-teasing mobile puzzle game developed by ARRKKA, in the global market on July 2.
ColorSweeper is a new title that uniquely combines the core logic of the globally beloved classic games Minesweeper and Nonogram. Players fill in a grid by interpreting hints provided through numbers and colors. Its primary differentiator is the complete removal of luck-based guessing; every stage is designed to be solved solely through clear deduction and logic, maximizing the sense of intellectual achievement players feel as they find the correct answers.
During its soft launch, the game earned recognition for its solid gameplay, particularly among users in North America, a region with a high preference for the puzzle genre. It demonstrated its unique appeal and the inherent fun of puzzles by recording high retention rates, with players continuing to engage with the game long-term rather than treating it as a one-off experience.
Com2uS Holdings plans to target puzzle enthusiasts across North America, Europe, and Asia by leveraging the game's intuitive structure, which minimizes reliance on text. To ensure a seamless experience for global users, the game will support a total of 12 languages, including English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese.
