Since the days leading up to the start of the 2020 League of Legends World Championship, Inven Global has been tracking competitors' progress on the solo queue ladder of China's super server in collaboration with LoLVVV. There is only one more match before the end of Worlds 2020, so let's take a look at how many players from DAMWON Gaming and Suning are in Challenger on the super server ahead of the finals.

Player Team Position Rank | LP
Luo "owo" Wen-Jun Suning SUB [sup] 6 | 1556
Kim "Canyon" Geon-bu DAMWON Gaming JG 8 | 1511
Heo "ShowMaker" Su DAMWON Gaming MID 13 | 1369
Jang "Nuguri" Ha-gwon DAMWON Gaming TOP 15 | 1356
Tang "huanfeng" Huan-Feng Suning ADC 50 | 1100

Hu "SwordArt" Shuo-Chieh Suning SUP 71 | 1022

Jang "Ghost" Yong-jun DAMWON Gaming ADC 152 | 787
Ryu "Hoit" Ho-seong DAMWON Gaming SUB [sup] 220 | 650

There are some interesting parallels between both teams' super server ranks. Four starters from both teams are in Challenger, Suning top laner Chen "Bin" Ze-Bin and DAMWON Gaming support Cho "BeryL" Geon-hee are in Grandmaster. Suning's substitute support owo has continued his dominance of the super sever ladder throughout Worlds 2020, and DAMWON Gaming's substitute support Hoit is also in Challenger.

Despite being eliminated in the semifinals, players from G2 Esports and Top Esports are still ranked relatively highly in Challenger on China's super server.

G2 support Mihael "Mikyx" Mehle is currently ranked 12th overall with 1372 LP, and TES has four of its five starters in the top 100. G2 mid laner Rasmus "Caps" Winther is also in Challenger at 222nd overall with 647 LP.
